Lumina is a Cairo-based smart-home practice. We engineer four disciplines — automation, networking, ELV cabling and audio — under one design and install contract, so the home you move into is a single coordinated system, not a stack of vendor installs that don't talk to each other.

Who we are
Engineered for the way you actually live.
Founded in 2021, Lumina was born out of a simple frustration: smart-home buyers were getting a pile of devices instead of a home that anticipates. We started with structured cabling first, because the soft layer only works if the spine does.
Today we work alongside architects and interior designers on villas, penthouses and high-end retrofits across Egypt — engineering the smart layer in parallel with the build, never bolted on afterwards.
How we install
Four steps, from first walk-through to scene tuning.
- 01 — Discovery
We walk the site with your architect or designer, listen to how you actually live, and write a brief for the home — not the gear.
- 02 — Design
Cable schematics, rack diagrams, scene maps and keypad layouts — every drop, every device, signed off before a wall is opened.
- 03 — Install
Structured cabling first, devices last. Our crew works alongside MEP and finishes, so the smart layer disappears into the architecture.
- 04 — Live & support
Hand-off includes scene tuning, a homeowner walk-through, and a service window — call us, don't Google your way out of a glitch.
